1. Who we are
This site is run by Kann Krystian Ziemann, Szlachecka 3, 83-304 Młynek, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5892075090, trading as Modinout (“we”). We are the controller of your personal data.
For anything about your data, write to info@modinout.com.
2. What we collect
- Your email address, when you save Rasko a seat. We store it with the date, your consent, the signup location (ticket or popup), short campaign tags from the link (UTM source, medium and campaign), and a broad referring channel such as Instagram or Google. Invalid campaign tags are discarded.
- Business enquiries: your email, project description, selected areas of help and any budget or timeline you provide. We store the submission date, a random request ID to prevent duplicate submissions, and internal handling and notification status. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
- Aggregate site counts: daily page loads, popup opens and new confirmed signups, grouped by those limited source categories. These counts contain no email addresses or visitor identifiers. Page loads are not unique visitors.
- Technical data, such as your IP address, collected by our hosting provider when it serves the site, for security and to keep the site running.
Our own aggregate counts do not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers, and do not store full referring URLs or query strings.
If you choose Allow analytics, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, use of the signup popup and new confirmed signups. It uses analytics cookies to recognise a browser and measure visits and interactions, alongside device, browser and approximate location information. We do not send your email address or project enquiry content to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you agree. You can decline or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining does not affect the signup form. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days; this preference is separate from analytics cookies.
We use these counts to compare how people reach the site and whether the signup form works.
3. Why, and on what basis
- To send you one email when the first batch of Rasko is ready, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it by ticking the box and saving a seat.
- To measure site use through optional Google Analytics, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To answer project enquiries and take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where you contact us on behalf of an organisation, our basis is our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
- To establish, pursue or defend legal claims if we ever need to, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep your email until you withdraw your consent or ask us to remove it. After the launch we keep it no longer than we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, and then we delete it.
We retain project enquiries for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and longer only where required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.
Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Withdrawing consent removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site and stops further measurement in this browser. It does not automatically erase data already collected.
Our Google Analytics settings retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, with the user retention period renewed by new activity. Aggregated reports may be retained for longer.
5. Who else handles it
Only trusted providers that help us run the site, and only as far as needed:
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC). Signup emails and Business enquiries are saved in separate tabs of a Google Sheets spreadsheet through Google Apps Script. An email notification containing the enquiry is sent to our business owner so we can reply. With your separate analytics consent, Google also processes site usage data through Google Analytics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which hosts and serves the site.
Some of this may happen outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. These providers use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and are certified under the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We don’t sell your data. Rasko wouldn’t let us.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Just write to info@modinout.com.
You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warszawa, Poland.
7. Is it required?
Giving us your email is voluntary, but without it we can’t tell you when Rasko is ready. For project enquiries, your email and a description of your idea are required so we can understand and reply; the other fields are optional. We don’t make automated decisions about you and we don’t profile you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add a new tool. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
